Has your relationship recently ended? Are you concerned about the kids and where they are going to live? Are you worried about your finances and what will happen to the family home? Do you need to have a difficult conversation with someone and don’t know how?
If these are the sorts of questions that are keeping you awake at night, then Collaborative Mediation Practice can help.
CMP provides a safe and confidential environment to facilitate the difficult discussions you need to have with each other about all the contentious issues surrounding your separation. Under CMP’s guidance, you will work towards gaining a Goodwill Agreement, or Parenting Plan, which can form the basis of Consent Orders. Alternatively you will be issued with a Section 60I Certificates when appropriate.
CMP’s aim is to keep you out of expensive, protracted and destructive court battles. They provide an alternative to the adversarial approach of litigation, where you are in control of your family’s future. This means the agreements reached are more sustainable and work in the best interests of the children.
MEDIATION is a confidential, cost-effective process that helps people — even in high conflict — work cooperatively to create mutually satisfactory agreements that address the needs and concerns of all family members.
‘I don’t know how they managed it, but CMP were able to get my ex and me to leave all the hurt and bitterness and blame at the door and work towards an agreement which definitely was better for the kids. ‘
’We were both at breaking point and had stopped listening to each other. CMP’s professional and caring mediation helped reset this downward spiral into the best possible outcome for us all. Thank you for all your help and understanding.’
‘I really felt listened to and understood without having to justify myself for the first time. They gave me hope that there was a way out of this terrible mess without going to court.’
